Billing¶

Billing is per organization. Only owners and admins can see and change it, under Billing in the main menu.

Free trial¶

A new organization starts with a free trial (30 days). No card is needed. When the trial ends without a plan, the workspace becomes inactive until an owner or admin chooses one; your data is kept.

Plans¶

Current plans and prices are on the pricing page. Choose a plan under Billing to go to a secure Stripe Checkout page. Your subscription becomes active once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds.

Managing your subscription¶

Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can change plan, update the payment method, download invoices or cancel.

Inactive subscription¶

If the subscription lapses, owners and admins are taken to the billing page, and other users see a notice asking them to contact an admin. Nothing is deleted.
